The Wallet Pass Setup feature refers to the complete process of creating, designing, configuring, and activating a digital wallet pass that customers can add to their Apple Wallet. This setup includes customizing the pass’s appearance, setting up push notifications, adding links and branding elements, and preparing the pass for distribution.

Access the Wallet Pass from the Subscribfy dashboard and select Setup
Design your Wallet
This section allows you to define how your wallet pass will look and behave inside your customers’ Apple Wallet.

Wallet Design
Here you can personalize the visual branding of the wallet pass:
Your Apple Logo
Upload a high-quality version of your brand’s logo, which appears at the top left corner of the wallet.

Upload a high-quality version of your brand's banner. This banner appears at the middle-top of the pass and reinforces brand identity.

This icon is shown on the lock screen or notification center when a push notification is sent through the wallet pass.

Make sure the icon is clear and easily recognizable at small sizes.

This section allows you to enrich the wallet pass with actionable links and legal resources that your customers may find helpful or required by your business.
💡 Tip: Keep your URL Text labels short and friendly - ideally under 20 characters - for better display across devices.

Complete the following:
Label: A short, internal name to identify this link (optional or hidden from users).

Pass Email Editor
In this section, you can customize how the wallet pass email will appear when it's sent to your customers. A well-branded email creates a seamless experience and encourages customers to add the pass to their digital wallet.
Email editor: upload your logo, edit button text colors
Logo: Upload your brand logo that will be shown at the top of the email.

Email Links
In this section, you can manage the footer links that appear at the bottom of the wallet pass email. These links are useful for providing customers with quick access to important resources like your About, Contact, or Support pages.

You can add as many footer links as needed to guide your customers toward useful or required information.
Send Test Email: Once your design and links are set, you can click the “Send Test Email” button to preview how the email will look in your inbox. This lets you verify your links, colors, and overall formatting before going live.
