Introduction
Encourage customers to share their experience by rewarding them for product reviews. More reviews build social proof and help other shoppers make purchase decisions.

Enabling Reviews Reward
Step 1: Connect Your Review Platform
Go to Subscribfy > Integrations and connect your review platform.
Step 2: Create the Rule
Go to Subscribfy > Loyalty > Rewards Program tab > Create new rule > Reviews
Step 3: Configure Basic Settings
Name | Display name (e.g., "Review Reward") |
Points for text review | Points for leaving a written review |
Points for photo review | Bonus points for including photos |
Points for video review | Bonus points for including video |
Step 4: Configure Advanced Settings (Optional)
Customer tags | Include or exclude customers by their Shopify tags |
Tier restriction | Limit which tiers can earn this reward |
Step 5: Save
Click Save and make sure the rule status is ON.
How It Works
Customer purchases a product
Customer receives review request from your review platform
Customer submits a review
Review platform notifies Subscribfy via webhook
Points are credited to the customer's account
Klaviyo Integration
If you have Klaviyo connected, Subscribfy sends a Subscribfy Reviews Event when a customer earns points for a review.

Troubleshooting
Points not awarded for review?
Check that your review platform integration is connected. Verify the customer's email matches their account email.
