Social Sharing Reward
Introduction
Grow your social media following by rewarding customers who connect with your brand on social platforms. Each social action can earn points.
Enabling Social Sharing Reward
Step 1: Create the Rule
Go to Subscribfy > Loyalty > Rewards Program tab > Create new rule > Social
Step 2: Configure Social Platforms
Add the social platforms you want to reward:
Follow on Instagram | |
Like on Facebook | |
Twitter/X | Follow on Twitter |
TikTok | Follow on TikTok |
YouTube | Subscribe on YouTube |
Step 3: Set Points Per Platform
Points | Points awarded for each social action (e.g., 50 points) |
Social URL | Link to your social profile |
Step 4: Save
Click Save and make sure the rule status is ON.
How It Works
Customer sees social follow options in their account
Customer clicks the social link
Customer confirms they followed/liked
Points are credited to their account
Note: This is a one-time reward per platform. Customers can earn once per social channel.
Klaviyo Integration
If you have Klaviyo connected, Subscribfy sends a Subscribfy Social Event when a customer earns points for a social action.

Troubleshooting
Points not awarded?
Check that the customer completed the social action and confirmed it. Verify they haven't already earned this reward.
