In this section, you can monitor the collection of tips from your servers, distribute them when you use the tip jar, and set up distribution rules.
Collection:
In this section, you can view the total amount of tips collected via QR Code over a defined period, as well as the portion sent directly to the servers and the amount allocated to the tip jar.
This information is also available for tips collected via Handheld (if applicable).
Distribution:
This section presents the different distributions made from the tip jar. You will find an overview of the payment history as well as the amount available for the next distribution.
The tip jar can be distributed according to two methods:Distribution by amount
Distribution based on the number of hours worked.
Rules:
Finally, in the Rules section, you will find the list of servers with a Sunday account.For each server, you will see the configured distribution of tips (percentage received directly versus percentage allocated to the tip pool), whether for tips collected via QR Code or card terminals (if applicable).
You have the option to modify this configuration using the 'Actions' located to the right of each server.
Additionally, the history of distributions for each server is also accessible.
An alert banner will appear if a server does not have a server account in the POS.
