Dashboard: Staff Performance

This article shows how to use the Staff Performance dashboard to track your team’s key metrics and activity.

From your sunday dashboard, navigate to the Staff Performance tab

Here you can see a detailed breakdown of each server’s activity. You have the ability to filter by a date range and see key metrics such as:

  • sunday Usage

    • Number of guests scanning QR codes

  • Adoption Percentages

    • Percentage of guests who scan the QR codes and pay with Sunday

  • Average Review Rating

    • Average rating per server based on all reviews

  • Total Reviews Generated

    • Total reviews submitted by each server

  • How many 5 Star Google reviews generated

    • Number of 5-star Google reviews generated

  • Tips Rate

    • Average tip percentage

  • Total tip amounts

    • Total amount of tips received

  • Total Revenue

    • Total revenue generated

  • Amount of Revenue per guest

    • Average amount of revenue generated per guest
