How to reprint a duplicate restaurant receipt?

This feature allows staff to reprint the last restaurant receipt on payment terminals running version 3.50.

Feature overview

On payment terminals equipped with version 3.50 or later, staff can now reprint the most recent restaurant receipt.
This makes it possible to keep a paper record of the latest transaction if needed.

Note:
For legal and compliance reasons, only the restaurant receipt from the very last transaction can be reprinted.

Where can you reprint the restaurant receipt?

The last restaurant receipt can be reprinted from:

  1. The post-payment screen (immediately after completing the payment)

  2. The transaction history screen

  3. The details of the most recent transaction

Note:
The reprint button only appears if:

  • A printer is available on the payment terminal, and

  • The transaction is the most recent one completed

How to enable this feature

No setup or activation is required.
The feature is automatically available on all payment terminals running version 3.50 and connected to a printer.
