Currently, cancellations made on the TGV INOUI PRO app are not automatically updated on the Supertripper platform.

Therefore, if you cancel your TGV INOUI ticket on the TGV INOUI PRO app, it is essential to inform our travel agents so they can manually synchronize the data and process the refund if applicable.

For this, make sure to have your booking number and/or, if possible, the cancellation confirmation you should have received from SNCF.
