How to sync my bookings to my Outlook calendar or Google Calendar?

Add bookings made on the platform to my Outlook calendar or Google Calendar.

Supertripper allows you to add your travel bookings to your professional email calendar so you don't miss any of your trips.

Here are the steps to follow:

➑️ For Outlook Calendar

You can automatically sync your booking additions to your calendar, directly from the platform.

πŸ§‘πŸ½β€πŸ’» On your desktop computer:

  1. Click on your profile picture or initials

  2. Click on the "My Account" tab

  3. Click on the "Notifications" section

  4. Check or uncheck the "Sync my travel notifications with my Outlook calendar" box

  5. Click the "Save" button Home > Profile picture > My Account

☝️ Note: currently, this feature is only accessible from a desktop computer.

🧐 Please note: for managers and administrators, you can also check or uncheck the "Sync traveler trip notifications (managed) with my Outlook calendar" box.

➑️ For Google Calendar

You need to manually add your bookings to your calendar from your professional Gmail inbox.

πŸ§‘πŸ½β€πŸ’» On your desktop computer:

  1. Go to your professional Gmail inbox

  2. Open the email containing the details or documents of your booking (ticket, voucher, etc.)

  3. In the box that appears at the top of the email (Schedule), click the "Yes" button

  4. Your booking now appears in your calendar

πŸ“² On your smartphone:

  1. Go to your professional Gmail inbox

  2. Open the email containing the details or documents of your booking (ticket, voucher, etc.)

  3. In the box that appears at the top of the email (Schedule), click the "Yes" button

  4. Your booking now appears in your calendar

🧐 Please note: for managers and administrators, make sure the "Receive traveler booking confirmations" feature ("My Account" tab, "Notifications" section) is enabled. You can then add a traveler's booking to your calendar by following the same steps mentioned above.

☝️ Note: when you make a booking on the platform, you will receive two separate emails:

  • The booking confirmation email

  • The email containing the details or documents of your booking, to add it to your calendar

Make sure to open the second email to add your booking to your calendar.
