What is an "Out of policy" travel booking?

Definition and operation of out-of-policy corporate travel bookings.

Updated over 2 months ago

A flight, train, hotel, or rental car appearing as "Out of policy" travel corresponds to a travel service that does not meet the criteria of the corporate travel policy assigned to you.

A user can make bookings that comply with the rules defined within the travel policy assigned to them by an administrator of their company's Supertripper account. In other words, no "Out of policy" booking is possible until it has received approval from a manager / approver.

If you feel that the travel policy that applies to you is too restrictive for organizing your business trips, please contact the administrator of your company's Supertripper account.

📌 To find out who the Supertripper platform administrator is within your company, please consult the following article.
