How to assign a corporate travel policy to a user on Supertripper?

Assigning a corporate travel policy to a traveler on the platform.

As an administrator, you can assign a travel policy to collaborators of your company who have an account on Supertripper.

➡️ Method 1 :

  1. Click on your profile picture

  2. Click on the "Travel policy" tab

  3. Choose the relevant travel policy

  4. Click on the "Assign" button

  5. Select the travelers to whom you want to assign the Travel Policy

  6. Click on the "Validate" button

  7. Click on the "Save policy” button

➡️ Method 2 :

  1. Click on your profile picture

  2. Click on the "Users" tab

  3. You can search for the user in question by directly entering their name in the search bar. You can also sort the displayed profiles using the available filters: "First Name - Last Name", "Roles", "Status" and "Service"

  4. Click on the concerned profile

  5. Click on the "Setting" section

  6. Scroll down the window to the "Travel policy" field

  7. Click on the dropdown menu to assign the desired travel policy

  8. Click on the "Save" button

🟠 Caution: if you haven't assigned a travel policy to a user, they will automatically be linked to the default travel policy set up in the company.

☝️ Please note: on Supertripper, you can create as many customized travel policies as you wish. A user can only be linked to one travel policy, depending on their department (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) or their type (collaborator, client, partner, etc.). However, the corporate travel policy feature has been designed to be comprehensive and integrate as many parameters as possible.

🧐 Good to know: this feature is only available on desktop for users with an "administrator" role on the platform.
