On Supertripper, the "manager" role can have 2 main functions:
approve or reject travel booking requests for one or more travelers. In this case, it's called the "approver" manager role
organize the business trips of one or more travelers. In this case, it's called the "travel manager" role
☝️ Note: a user with a "manager" role can also have both roles (booking + validation
🧑🏽💻 On your desktop computer:
Click on your profile picture
Click on the "Users" tab
Click on the "Add a user" button
Fill in the requested information
In the dropdown menu of the "Roles" field, click on "Manager"
In the "Authorizations" section, check the boxes "Can book for others," "Can validate in-policy bookings" and "Can validate off-policy bookings"
Click the "Save" button

☝️ Note: if a "manager" does not have a dedicated team, he/she is by default the manager of all users linked to the company's Supertripper account.
🧐 Note: this feature is only available on desktop for users with an "administrator" role on the platform (or "manager" or "accountant" with the "Can add a collaborator" authorization activated).
💡 Tip: remember to go to the "Notifications" section to check the type of notifications regarding other travelers' bookings that will be sent to them by email.
