What is a temporary substitute manager on Supertripper?

Understanding the role of a substitute manager on the platform.

Updated over 3 months ago

👉 If you have the role of "manager" on the Supertripper platform, you can temporarily delegate all your rights over the travelers you manage to another user (up to 3 maximum).

This feature is not only useful for you, when you go on vacation or need to be absent, but also essential to ensure continuity in managing bookings requests. Indeed, keep in mind that some travelers under your responsibility might be unable to make a booking if you do not delegate your rights to a "temporary substitute manager" during your absence.

The "temporary substitute manager(s)" you designate, during the periods you specify, will be able, depending on the authorizations granted to you on Supertripper, to:

  • Approve or reject booking requests from travelers under your responsibility

  • Book or organize business trips for the travelers assigned to you

📌 To learn how to delegate your rights and designate a temporary substitute manager, please consult the following article.

🧐 Good to know: You retain your rights, even when you delegate them to another user. If needed, you can act at any time on the travelers you manage.

☝️ Note: this feature is only available on desktop for users with an "administrator" or "manager" role on the platform.
