Whether it is to validate services that are non-compliant with the travel policy, or because a systematic validation of bookings was imposed by the company, you may be under the responsibility of one or more manager(s).

These manager(s) are specifically in charge, depending on the authorizations granted to them:

  • to approve or deny your booking requests:

    • in the case of a service considered “Out of policy” travel

    • in the case where a validation process has been established by your company

  • to organize your business trips
