In order to access your Eurostar train tickets, you are now required to register on their official website using the reservation reference and the traveler's information.
As of April 2, 2024, it is mandatory to submit Advance Passenger Information (API) for all individuals traveling via Eurostar on routes to/from London, in accordance with UK government directives.
To access and download your Eurostar train ticket, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit the following link
Step 2: Enter the reservation reference number (e.g., QNUSFH) in the “Booking reference” field.
Step 3: Enter the traveler's last name in the “Last name” field.
Step 4: Click on the “View booking” button.
Step 5: Click on the "Get your tickets" or the "Required Information" button.
Step 6: Fill in the required fields (passport or ID card number, expiration date, traveler's last name, first name, nationality, date of birth, etc.).
Step 7: Click on the “Save” button.
Step 8: You can then access and download your Eurostar train ticket.
👉 If you download a Eurostar train ticket on the Supertripper platform, you will find the booking reference, the traveler's name, and the link to visit the Eurostar website.
