What's New
We've introduced Exhibit Builder, which allows lawyers and paralegals to create exhibit packages. This update is designed to help teams easily arrange supporting documents for their demands as well as share documents with external parties.
The Problem it Solves
Previously, assembling exhibit packages required manually gathering, organizing, and page-stamping case documents from various sources — police reports, medical records, bills, and more. This made it difficult to produce a well-structured, professionally formatted exhibit package on a tight timeline, often resulting in hours of repetitive manual work, inconsistent formatting, and the risk of missing critical documents.
How to Get Started
To start using Exhibit Builder:
Go to the Drafting Suite
Click on Exhibit Builder
Choose to start from scratch or hit Generate from Timeline to auto-populate your exhibit with documents from your case's timeline. You can also pair it with an existing demand letter.
How it Works
Exhibit Builder works by:
Auto-generating from your case timeline — The system pulls documents from your case's exhibit timeline and automatically organizes them into sections (e.g., police/incident reports, medical records, bills), grouped by provider and sorted by date of service.
Flexible file management — Browse all available case files in the left panel, search by facility or provider, sort by date of service or file name, and drag and drop files into sections. You can also duplicate sections, rename them, and add new ones (e.g., photos).
Page-level control — Select specific pages or include entire documents. You can also choose to include all pages of a document, not just those referenced in the timeline.
Customizable export options — Preview your package with controls for page stamping (with configurable prefix and placement), cover pages with hyperlinked section navigation, and the choice to include or exclude page stamps.
Linked to demand letters — Associate an exhibit package with a demand letter. The linked exhibit package is indicated on hover and accessible directly from the Drafts section.
Persistent configuration — All changes are saved online, so you can return and edit your exhibit package at any time.
Why it Matters
With Exhibit Builder, teams can:
Save hours of manual work by auto-generating organized exhibit packages directly from case timelines instead of assembling them by hand.
Deliver polished, professional packages with page stamping, cover pages, and hyperlinked navigation — ready to send to opposing counsel or external partners.
Stay flexible and in control with drag-and-drop organization, per-page selection, customizable sections, and the ability to edit and refine packages at any time.
