The overview page of your Supio cases now contain a new panel which has replaced the Case Team section. In order to add or change the case team, you can do this by clicking “Update Case” or by entering the workflow through the Case List. More information on the Case Team feature can be found in this Supio Article:
Once you create a case in Supio, you will see a new component on the overview page which shows you the processing status of each of your case’s features. As each item is finished processing, this will update to show you that it is complete.
Note that not all features are available on all case types, and we will only show you feature processing status for those that are relevant to the case type of the case being viewed.
The current list of possible features is:
Chat processing
This communicates your ability to start deep dive with all your files as they are processed and indexed for chat
Files
This communicates whether your files have completed fully uploading, and compliments the other improvements made to file upload status tracking in September 2025
Signals & Insights
This communicates the current available status of the case signals feature, which is available on certain case types
Report
This communicates the current state of the reports generated for Mass Tort cases
Instant Timeline
This communicates the current status of the instant timeline
Verified Timeline
This communicates the current status of the verified timeline
Case Economics
This communicates the current status of the case economics feature, when that feature has been requested
Verified Demand Letter
This communicates the current status of the verified demand letter, when that feature has been requested
Some items in the list will show as a spinning loading indicator when they are currently processing and expect to be complete within the hour, depending on the size of the update.
Other items will display with a bar and a status of pending, these are for verified extracted data that have more careful clean up and review associated with them such as a verified timeline, demand, or case economics.
When the status is complete, you will be able to easily access the relevant Supio tab from this same component so that you can access the feature.
There are a handful of states to be aware of for this feature:
Unable to retrieve processing status
This usually means that there was a problem retrieving the current status of the feature in question. This should be treated as a software bug, we advise that if you are running into this you contact the support team and we will respond to resolve the issue
Unable to complete processing
This status may display if there is a particular issue with our ability to process your case, usually this is related to missing documents
You may get this status if you are missing medical records, bills, or insurance documents and we are unable to complete generating the timeline. A specific reason will be included so that the issue can be resolved and processing continue
As always, if something doesn’t look quite right on your case, reach out to us and we’ll look into what’s going so that it can be as up to date as possible
