File Sync Status

Easily monitor document sync status from external systems like Litify or SharePoint. View last sync time, file counts, auto-sync settings, folder paths, and error details — or trigger an immediate sync with the new 'Last Sync' tool on the Files page

Updated over a week ago

We’ve added a new tool that makes it much easier to check on the synchronization status of documents from external sources like case management systems (CMS) like Litify, or document management systems (DMS) like SharePoint.

In the files page on cases that were created from a connector a CMS or DMS, there is now a “Last Sync” tool in the upper right corner:

In this view, you can see exactly what happened with syncing documents for the case, including:

  • When the last sync was

  • How many files we identified and synced

  • Whether auto-sync is enabled for the case

  • What folders in the external system Supio is checking for new files (as shown in the “Auto Sync” column)

Any errors in file transfers will also be shown here with clear descriptions of what the issue was and what you can do to fix the issue.

In addition, you can initiate a new sync immediately by clicking the “Sync now” button.
