SharePoint Auto-Sync

When creating a case in Supio with the SharePoint connector, you can enable auto-sync on specific folders. This keeps your case files up to date automatically — no manual re-importing needed.

What Is Auto-Sync?

Auto-sync is an optional setting available during case creation. When enabled on a folder, Supio will periodically check that folder for new files and automatically pull them into the case. This is in addition to — not a replacement for — manually selecting specific files.

How to Enable Auto-Sync

  • Open the Supio Case Builder and begin creating a new case.

  • On the connector step, confirm that SharePoint is selected.

  • Click Next. You will see the option to Enable auto-sync for this case.

  • Toggle auto-sync on for any folders you want Supio to monitor.

  • Complete case creation. Supio will begin monitoring those folders going forward.

How Sync Works

Once auto-sync is enabled, Supio checks each activated folder on a recurring schedule. Any new files added to those folders since the last check are automatically imported into the case. Files that were already present at the time of case creation are not re-imported.

Note: Auto-sync is configured at the folder level. You can enable it on some folders and leave others as manual-only. If you need to change sync settings after case creation, contact your Customer Success Manager.
