How to Add Contacts to a Sequence from the Surfe App (HubSpot Users)

With the Surfe App’s new integration, you can now send contacts directly into HubSpot Sequences (as well as Outreach, Salesloft, and Lemlist) without ever leaving Surfe.

Even better, Surfe will automatically enrich mobiles and emails at the moment you add the contact to a sequence — so your outreach always starts with the right data.

This guide shows you step by step how it works.


Step 1: Find a Contact on the Surfe App Search feature

Start as you normally would: run a Search for contacts in the Surfe App and open the profile of a prospect you want to contact. Surfe will be visible on the profile as usual.

Step 2: Connect your Sales enablement tool and Choose a Sequence and Step

  • In the Surfe Search Contacts’ tab, you’ll see the option to sync the contacts to a sequence.

  • Select your outreach tool (HubSpot Sequences, Outreach, Salesloft, or Lemlist)- if not connected yet, you will be redirect to the Surfe Dashboard to connect your tool.

  • Pick the specific sequence you want

  • Choose the exact step where you want the contact to enter

Step 3: Sync + Enrich Automatically

As soon as you confirm, Surfe will:

  • Sync the contact into HubSpot CRM

  • Enrich their mobile number and email address (using your Surfe credits)

  • Push the enriched contact directly into the sequence and step you selected

This all happens in one motion — no tab switching, no manual copy-paste.

Step 4: Outreach Starts Instantly

Your contact is now fully enriched, synced to HubSpot, and added into the sequence. You’re ready to begin outreach right away.


⚡ Notes & Tips

  • This feature is available for HubSpot customers on the Pro plan.

  • Adding a contact to a sequence uses enrichment credits because mobiles and emails are automatically added.

  • Surfe also prevents duplicates by showing if a contact is already in a sequence before you add them.
