If you use swftbox fulfillment, you can add items from your warehouse inventory to an order. This is useful when a customer adds to their order or when you need to include additional products.
How to add items
Go to the Orders page in your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Click New Order or find an existing order in the "In Fulfillment" stage.
Click Add Items in the order popup.
Choose items from your available warehouse stock.
Make sure the SKU number and product name match exactly as they appear in your live inventory and on your website.
Click Save.
Editing items on a flagged order
If an order has been flagged (for example, due to a wrong SKU or missing item), you can edit the items:
Go to the Flagged Orders page.
Click the item count icon on the flagged order.
Add items via the dropdown or remove items using the delete icon.
Click Save Changes.
Click the red flag icon, select Add Comment, confirm your edits, and click Confirm to clear the flag.
Important
You can only add or edit items while the order is in the "In Fulfillment" stage.
Once an order is marked as "Prepared", items can no longer be changed.
Always double-check that SKUs match your inventory exactly to avoid fulfillment errors.
