If your customers or marketplace partners (like Amazon or Noon) need to collect orders directly from the swftbox warehouse, you can schedule a pickup through your Control Room.

Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (closed Sundays)
Location: swftbox warehouse, Al Quoz Industrial 2, Dubai
How to schedule a pickup
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Create a New Order.
In the reference field, write "Warehouse Pickup" along with your order reference.
Enter the details of the person picking up (name, phone number).
Include the pickup date and time in the remarks field.
Click Confirm.
At the warehouse
The person collecting must present their reference name or order number.
Items will be prepared and ready at the specified time.
Good to know
Schedule pickups at least 4 hours in advance so the warehouse team can prepare your items.
If you need to reschedule, notify us at least 2 hours before the original pickup time.
This is different from stock-out requests — use this for customer or marketplace pickups, not for retrieving your own inventory.
