If you use swftbox fulfillment services, your inventory is tracked in real time inside your Control Room. You can see exactly what is in stock, what is available for orders, and what needs restocking.
How to access your inventory
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Go to the Orders page.
Click on the Inventory tab.
Understanding your inventory
Your inventory is displayed with the following key metrics:
On Hand — Total quantity physically present at the swftbox warehouse. This includes items that are inspected, returned, or damaged.
Available — Quantity ready to be fulfilled immediately. This is the stock that can be allocated to new orders.
You can view your inventory in two ways:
SKU view — Grouped by product SKU, showing totals for each item.
Units view — Individual unit-level detail including batch numbers and expiry dates (if applicable).
Additional features
Low stock alerts — Get notified when items fall below a threshold so you can restock before running out.
Expiry and batch tracking — For perishable or batch-tracked items, view expiry dates and ensure FIFO (first in, first out) fulfillment.
CSV download — Click Download to export your full inventory list as a CSV file for your records or reconciliation.
If something looks wrong
If your inventory numbers do not match your expectations, contact our support team via the chat icon. Common reasons for discrepancies include items still being processed during stock-in, returns not yet inspected, or damaged items moved to a separate count.
