If you are based in Dubai and need to send inventory to the swftbox warehouse without dropping it off yourself, you can request a stock pickup. swftbox will send a driver to collect the stock from your location.
How to request a stock pickup
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Click New Order.
Create a return order — click Delivery type and select the return option.
In the reference field, write "Stock Pickup" so the warehouse team knows this is inventory, not a customer return.
Enter your address as the pickup location.
Click Confirm.
Preparing your stock
Have all boxes clearly labeled with your company name.
Make sure items have scannable barcodes — the warehouse needs these for check-in.
If you are sending a large quantity, submit a stock-in sheet via the Control Room chat widget before the driver arrives so the warehouse team knows what to expect.
Timeline
Stock pickup is typically completed within 1-2 business days.
After pickup, allow 3-5 business days for the warehouse to process and check in your inventory.
Good to know
Stock pickup is currently available for Dubai only.
For merchants outside Dubai, you can drop off stock at the warehouse: Dubai Real Estate Ind Complex - Jabal Ali Industrial First - Dubai, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
You can also arrange third-party delivery to the warehouse — just label boxes clearly with your company name.
