You can visit the swftbox warehouse to inspect your inventory, check storage conditions, or handle items that need your attention. All visits must be scheduled in advance — walk-ins are not permitted for security and operational reasons.

How to schedule a visit
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Open the chat widget (bottom-right corner).
Click "Schedule a Warehouse Visit".
Specify your requirements:
What you need to do (inspect items, count stock, handle returns, etc.)
Preferred date and time
Any special requests (access to specific storage areas, need a trolley, etc.)
Submit the request and wait for confirmation.
While at the warehouse
Follow all security and safety protocols as directed by warehouse staff.
You will be accompanied to the relevant storage area.
If you need to take items with you, make sure you have submitted a separate stock-out request in advance.
Good to know
No unannounced visits — you must book through the Control Room chat widget.
Schedule your visit at least 24 hours in advance to ensure staff availability.
Storage types at the warehouse: Ambient (22-25°C), Chilled (2-6°C), and Freezer (-20°C).
