Package size and weight
Standard maximum weight: 7 kg
Packages exceeding standard size or weight are considered oversized and may incur an additional AED 15 fee.
Shipping labels
Print your label from Control Room.
Labels-Default size is A6 (10.5 x 14.8 cm). Other options, including square, mini, and A6 alternate, are also available.
Attach the label on a flat, visible surface of the package.
Sealing and packing
Seal all sides with industrial-grade tape.
Poorly sealed packages may be rejected at pickup.
swftbox provides free polybags for standard items.
Good to know
Custom packaging is allowed as long as it meets the size and sealing guidelines.
Always double-check the weight before entering it in Control Room to avoid flagged orders.
