How can I get a package delivered quicker to my customer?

Need to get an order to your customer faster than the standard same-day window? swftbox offers an Express delivery option — also known as Boost — that gets packages delivered within 4 hours.

Express delivery upgrades a standard same-day order to a priority 4 hour delivery window. It's ideal for urgent orders, last-minute gifts, or time-sensitive items where your customer needs their package as soon as possible.

Express delivery is currently available for orders within Dubai.

Express delivery is charged at AED 35 per order, compared to AED 15 for a standard same-day delivery. The updated charge is shown clearly before you confirm the boost so there are no surprises.

You can upgrade an existing order to Express delivery directly from your Control Room dashboard. Here's how:

Step 1: Find the order

Go to the Orders page in Control Room and locate the order you want to expedite. The order needs to be in Requested status and not yet picked up by a driver.

Step 2: Check eligibility

For orders eligible for express delivery, a rocket icon (🚀) will appear below the order. When selected, the order will be marked as an express order and delivered within 4 hours, provided both the pickup and drop-off locations fall within serviceable express delivery areas. Step 3: Creating a manual Express Order

To create a manual express Order, select Express 4H option.
