Every swftbox order needs a shipping label with a scannable QR code. Labels are generated automatically in your Control Room — you just need to print and attach them to your packages.
Printing labels in bulk
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Ensure your orders are in Requested or Draft status.
Click Shipping Labels in the top-right corner.
Choose whether to print labels for Requested orders or Draft orders.
A print dialog will open — make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser.
For multiple labels per page, select the pages per sheet option in your print settings.
Printing labels for specific orders
Go to the Orders page.
Select the specific orders you want to print labels for (use the checkboxes).
Click Other at the bottom-right of the page.
Select Shipping Labels.
Label format
Labels are A6 size — optimized for standard thermal printers.
Each label includes a QR code that must be visible and scannable for the driver to process your package.
You can fit up to 4 labels on a single A4 sheet if printing on a regular printer — this is the maximum recommended for legibility.
Tips
Attach the label on a flat, visible side of the package — avoid placing it on seams or curved surfaces.
Make sure the QR code is not covered by tape or wrapping.
If you use a thermal label printer, the labels are already sized correctly for direct printing.
Print labels before the driver arrives for pickup to avoid delays.
Troubleshooting
Nothing happens when I click on "Shipping Labels": Allow pop-ups in your browser for controlroom.swftbox.com.
Labels are blank: Make sure you have orders in Requested or Draft status.
QR code won't scan: Reprint at a higher quality or ensure the label is not smudged or folded.
