How can I add users to swftbox Control Room?

Learn how to add team members to your swftbox Control Room and assign roles.

You can invite team members to your swftbox Control Room so multiple people can manage orders, track deliveries, and handle operations.

How to add a user

  1. Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.

  2. Click the Settings icon (bottom-left corner).

  3. Click Users.

  4. Click New User on the right side.

  5. Enter the user name, email, and phone number.

  6. Select a role (see below).

  7. Click Save.

The new user will receive login credentials and can access Control Room using OTP authentication.

User roles

Admin

  • Full access to all Control Room features

  • Can manage users, billing, integrations, and settings

  • Can view and edit all orders, reports, and configurations

  • Best for: business owners, managers, or team leads

Operations

  • Can create, view, and manage orders

  • Can print labels and track deliveries

  • Cannot access billing, user management, or integration settings

  • Best for: warehouse staff, fulfillment team members, or customer service agents

Good to know

  • There is no limit on the number of users you can add.

  • Each user logs in with their own phone number via OTP. No shared passwords.

  • You can change a user role or remove them at any time from the Settings page.
