How can I manually place a new order?

This article shows you how to place a new order on the dashboard, if you do not have direct integration with us.

  1. Click on New Order tab in the top right corner.

2. On the popup, enter your reference number (order name), delivery type, customer phone number starting with 971, and pickup location payment method, and the chance to add any additional remarks.

3. If you’re delivering to a new customer, click on the + Add new customer icon.

4. You will get this screen where you’ll be able to add all your customer information from their name, phone number starting with 971 and detailed address. When you’re done adding all the information, click on save.

5. And with that, click on Confirm and you're done.
