swftbox can automatically send email reports to you and your team so you stay on top of your orders without needing to log in. You can choose which reports to receive and add multiple recipients — each person can get different notifications based on what they need.
What email notifications are available?
You can enable any combination of the following automated reports:
Flagged Orders — Get notified when a delivery attempt fails and the order is flagged for follow-up. swftbox contacts your customer first via WhatsApp, and if unresolved within 2 hours, you receive an alert.
Daily Recap — A summary of your day's delivery activity including completed, pending, and flagged orders.
Pickup Manifest — A list of orders scheduled for pickup so you can prepare packages in advance.
RTO Manifest — Details on Return to Origin orders that were not successfully delivered and are being sent back.
Return Manifest — A summary of customer-initiated returns being processed.
How to set up email notifications
Log in to your Control Room at controlroom.swftbox.com.
Go to Configurations from the left sidebar.
Scroll to the Automated Emails section.
click the Add Recipient button.|
Select which notification types this person should receive — you can mix and match per recipient.
Turn on the notifications you want to receive.
Click Save.
You are not limited to a single email address. To add additional team members:
In the Email Notifications section, click the Add Recipient button.
Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
Select which notification types this person should receive
Click Save.
This is useful if, for example, your warehouse team only needs the Pickup Manifest while your customer service team needs Flagged Orders and the Daily Recap.
When are emails sent?
Flagged Orders — Sent in real time when a delivery issue is escalated (2 hours after the initial failed attempt).
Daily Recap — Sent once per day, typically in the evening after operations wrap up.
Pickup Manifest — Sent ahead of scheduled pickups so you can prepare.
RTO Manifest and Return Manifest — Sent as applicable when returns are processed.
Good to know
You can update your notification preferences at any time from Configurations.
Each recipient's notification settings are independent — changing one person's preferences does not affect others.
Email notifications complement the real-time updates you already see in your Control Room dashboard and the WhatsApp notifications your customers receive.
