How can I create a return order?

Request a return pickup from your customer — whether swftbox delivered the original order or not.

swftbox handles return pickups from your customers and delivers the item back to you or your warehouse. The process differs slightly depending on whether swftbox delivered the original order.

If swftbox delivered the original order

  1. Go to the Orders page in your Control Room.

  2. Find the delivered order you want to return.

  3. Click the three dots (⋯) on the right side.

  4. Select Request Return.

  5. Choose the return pickup date.

  6. Click Confirm.

If swftbox did NOT deliver the original order

You can still use swftbox to pick up a return from any customer:

  1. Click New Order in your Control Room.

  2. On the right side, click Delivery type — the SLA will change to Next Day RTN (return).

  3. Enter the customer's details and pickup address.

  4. Click Confirm.

Return timeline

  • Return pickups are typically completed within 2 business days.

  • The returned item is delivered back to your pickup location or swftbox warehouse.

Tracking returns

Return orders appear under the Returns section in your Control Room. You can track their status just like regular deliveries.

Flagged returns

  • Domestic (UAE): If a return cannot be completed within 3 days of being flagged, it is automatically returned to origin (RTO).

  • International: 5-7 business days before the return is processed.

Good to know

  • Return orders are billed at the standard delivery rate.

  • Your customer receives WhatsApp notifications about the return pickup.

  • For stock returns to the warehouse, put "Stock Pickup" in the reference field.
