What time does my activity start?

There are different types of activities, and not all of them have a defined start time. When you need to be at your starting point depends on what exactly you've booked.

Activities with a starting time

If your activity has a fixed starting time, you can find it in your booking confirmation, which we will send you by email after booking. Under "Booking details," you can see when the activity starts. To be sure, we recommend that you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes early.

Activities without starting time

Some activities don't have a fixed starting time and can be carried out throughout the whole day. This is particularly the case with tickets for mountain railways without seat reservations, day tickets for ships or day passes for museums. If your ticket is valid all day, you can start the activity whenever you want.

However, please consult the opening hours or timetable of our partners to ensure that you can enjoy your activity.

Activities with a to-be-defined starting time

There are activities where you'll need to contact the provider after booking so you can arrange an exact start time. You'll receive the contact details for our partner in the booking confirmation by email. So, please get in touch after booking to arrange all further details directly.
