What if I have to cancel a booking?

If you have to cancel a booking for any reason (bad weather, too few participants, activity fully booked, absence of important persons etc.), we ask you to inform the customer directly and immediately. We also ask you to inform us so that we can cancel the booking and refund the money to the customer.

You will find the customer's contact details in the confirmation email you receive from us for each booking.
