I cancelled my activity but haven't received my money

Once your booking is cancelled, the refund is automatically processed through our payment provider Payyo. You will receive the money back on the same payment method you used for the booking.

Depending on the payment method you used (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay, Twint, etc.), it takes different amounts of time for the money to reach you. We have no influence on this.

If your money hasn't arrived after 5 working days, please contact us via our chat. We will then send you a confirmation of your refund, which you can use to check with your bank or credit card company.

If you've selected to pay by invoice, you can ignore the invoice once the booking has been cancelled. If you've already paid the invoice and would like a refund, please contact support@swissbilling.ch with the following details:

  • First name, last name

  • Invoice number

  • Account details for the refund of your money
