At The Switch we like to be tech savvy so there is no traditional mail box that you need to open with a key and check each day. Nope, not here!
We instead have electronic mail boxes where the people who are delivering the parcels/mail/letters to you can put your item in a locker, select your details and then you will receive an email or text message letting you know you have mail.
When you get the 'you have mail' notification, you can go to the mail lockers, scan the QR code and the locker door will open. You can also do all of this without touching the lockers!
Important notes:
If we do not have a valid Australian phone number for you on our database you will not get a text message.
You need to collect your mail within 48 hours or there is a chance your mail will be sent back to 'return to sender'.
Always add your apartment number to the address.
