How to Create and Manage Tasks

The Task section allows you to organize and monitor all follow-up activities associated with a contact, helping the sales team avoid missing any important step.

Each task represents an action to be completed by a specific deadline, such as sending an email, scheduling a call, or creating an opportunity in the CRM.

What Tasks Are For

After acquiring and qualifying a lead, it is essential to clearly define the next steps.

Tasks allow you to:

  • Assign operational activities to one or more users

  • Set a due date

  • Establish priorities and responsibilities

  • Monitor progress

  • Ensure that every lead is followed up correctly

How to Create a Task

  1. Open the contact's profile.

  2. Go to the Task section.

  3. Select New Task.

  4. Enter:

    • Activity title

    • Description

    • Due date

    • Priority

    • Assignee

  5. Save the task.

Automatic Task Creation

Tasks can be automatically generated by artificial intelligence based on information entered in voice notes.

For example, if you record a note saying:
"Send the proposal by Friday and schedule a demo next week."
