What is SalesAI and How Does It Work

What is SalesAI?

SalesAI is the TAC module designed to help teams manage contacts acquired at events, trade shows, and networking activities in a structured way. Thanks to artificial intelligence, SalesAI transforms every collected contact into a qualified lead ready for commercial follow-up — reducing manual work and automating the most repetitive tasks.

What SalesAI Is For

Events and trade shows often generate many contacts, but without a structured process it's easy to lose important information or delay follow-up.

SalesAI helps you:

  • Digitize business cards and event badges

  • Import contacts from LinkedIn

  • Automatically enrich data with artificial intelligence

  • Record voice notes with automatic transcription

  • Qualify leads through structured questions

  • Create tasks and follow-up activities

  • Automate email sending

  • Sync contacts with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs

How SalesAI Works

The process is organized into six main phases.

1. Contact Acquisition

You can create a new lead in TAC in several ways:

  • Scanning a business card

  • Scanning an event badge

  • Automatically importing connections from LinkedIn

2. AI Enrichment

The Data Enrichment feature automatically retrieves additional information, such as:

  • Verified business email

  • Company size

  • Industry

  • LinkedIn profile

  • Website and company location

3. Lead Qualification

You can record voice notes, answer qualification questions, and collect all the information needed to assess the contact's potential.

4. Tasks

For each contact you can create and track operational activities, such as:

  • Sending a follow-up email

  • Scheduling a call

  • Sending sales materials

  • Creating an opportunity in the CRM

5. Email Automations

SalesAI lets you create manual or automated emails to manage lead nurturing.

6. CRM Integration

Qualified contacts can be automatically synced with your company CRM via lists or campaigns.

A Practical Example

During a trade show:

  1. You scan a visitor's badge.

  2. You enrich the profile with Data Enrichment.

  3. You record a voice note with the details of the meeting.

  4. You complete the lead qualification.

  5. You create a task to send the follow-up.

  6. The contact enters an email automation.

  7. The lead is synced to the CRM.
