How to use voice notes and conversation recording

SalesAI provides two AI-based tools to automatically collect and organize information that comes up during a sales meeting:

Voice notes – to quickly record a summary and automatically generate operational tasks.
Conversation recording – to transcribe and summarize an entire conversation or meeting.

Both features help reduce manual work and keep track of all important information.

Voice notes

Voice notes are ideal for recording a brief summary right after meeting a potential customer.
You can describe:

  • The needs that came up

  • The level of interest

  • The next steps agreed upon

  • The activities to be carried out

How to record a voice note

  1. Open the contact's profile.

  2. Go to the Notes section.

  3. Tap the microphone icon.

  4. Record your audio message.

  5. Save the note.

What happens next

SalesAI automatically analyzes the content and can:

  • Transcribe the text

  • Extract the key points

  • Identify needs and opportunities

  • Automatically generate operational tasks

Practical example

If in the note you say:
"Send a proposal by Friday and arrange a demo next week."

SalesAI can automatically create two tasks:

  • Send the proposal by Friday

  • Schedule a demo

Conversation recording

The Recording feature lets you record an entire conversation, call, or meeting.
It's particularly useful for analyzing longer meetings and getting a structured summary.

How to record a conversation

  1. Open the contact's profile.

  2. Select Recording.

  3. Start the audio recording.

  4. When finished, save the file.

What SalesAI generates

After processing, TAC automatically creates:

  • Full transcription of the conversation

  • Concise summary

  • Bullet list of the main topics
