The default homepage in your Talisman CRM is the Consultant Overview

The Consultant Overview has been designed from feedback and requests of Talisman users to show you everything you have on your desk as any given period.

Summary

The Summary tab integrates with Dashman to show your key focus metrics for you individually, your Teams/Branches and even for your entire company. The report will default to the month we are currently in, but you are able to manipulate the dates by selecting the drop down and setting your own range. The final drop down allows you to choose which dashboard you would like to view. The *out-of-the-box dashboards are Activity, Data, Financials.

Reminders

Task management is kept simple and effortless in Talisman. Whenever you set a reminder for yourself or someone else in your team, this is where you will be able to see everything outstanding. You can use the filters at the top of the page to focus in on particular reminders, and even filter down for specific activities like seeing how many Client Meetings you have coming up, or your BD call list for those clients you need to reach out to.

Jobs

A quick and easy way to filter through all your open jobs in Talisman. You can use the filters to drilldown into the specifics and select the records in the list to start shortlisting candidates

Bookings

A quick-click overview of all the bookings and placements you have made across all your Temp, Contract and Perm jobs.

Interviews

All booked interviews will be listed in this tab. If you are a team leader, a good tip is to use the branch tab to filter down to see your entire team's upcoming interviews for the week. You can even use this as a review page to see all closed interviews and even look at specific interview types such as Video, Telephone, 1st, 2nd....


Email

Once you connect your emails to Talisman, you will be able to use this tab to manage them without having to jump between your email provider inbox and Talisman. If you have not yet set up your emails, reach out to our support team via chat and they will help you do so.
