The client search functionality allows you to efficiently find and manage client information within the system.
Click on the "Menu" button.
Select "Search" under "Clients."
There are various search fields displayed, allowing you to search based on various criteria.
You can also fill in multiple boxes to refine your search and make it more specific.
Other advanced search fields
Branch and Division: Set up branches and divisions to classify clients.
Client Status: Assign status to clients (e.g., active, cold, prospect).
Comment fields: to locate information stored in text formats within client records.
Top Tip! If you want to see a broader spectrum of information in the search screen, use the toggles. Turning on a toggle will display more information on the client screen. You can view contacts, addresses, profiles, and other relevant details without entering the client record.
