A match is a match, even if your Client's don't know it yet! When you find a golden candidate hidden in your database, you want to shout about it. That is where Talisman's CV Spec function comes into play.
You can access this function at any point when you are emailing a Contact on your site, both bulk and individual mailers. After you have drafted your email, you can go into the "Attachments" button and go to the "Candidate CV" tab.
Once you have found yourself in this tab you can either:
Select from the "Recent Candidates" list, which will display the 5 most recently visited candidate profiles. From here you can press the "+" button.
Use the "Search For Candidates" search bar, which will work exactly like magic search for you to find any candidate across the system who's CV you wish to spec out
You can select multiple candidates CVs* to send, and one you are happy press "Save" to attach these to the email.
*Please note: Only candidates who have a CV tagged as CVCLIENT will be permitted for the CV to be sent. This works in the exact same way as if you were sending the CV through the Job Shortlist. Please make sure you have formatted/anonymised the CV and tagged it with CVCLIENT before doing the above process, to save you having to go back and do this process again
