Step 1: Click on the 'Messages' tab.
Step 2: Select the message thread that contains the photo or video that you would like to save.
Step 3: Right-click on the photo and select 'Save image As...'
Step 4: Name the file, choose the location where you want to save it on your computer, and click 'Save.'
This works for both pictures and videos.
Mobile App
Android users, skip to the next section titled 'Save photos from the app.'
For iPhone users, follow these additional steps in your phone settings before trying the steps to save photos from TalkingPoints.
Step 1: On your iPhone, Go to settings in your phone and scroll down to select 'TalkingPoints for Teachers' app.
Step 2: Select 'Photos' so that you can allow TalkingPoints to access.
Step 3: Tap 'Full Access' to allow photo access.
Save photos from the app
Step 1: Open the conversation that contains the photo you would like to save.
Step 2: Tap on the image to enlarge it.
Step 3: Tap 'Save' in the bottom left-hand corner.
