How to Contact Support

Can't find an answer on our Help Center? Contact our team through the app, website, or email!

If you are a family member, please see this article on how to contact our Family Support team.

App:

Method 1: Scroll down on the home screen of your app. Click the button with the chat icon to start a conversation with our support team.

Method 2: From the 'Settings' tab, scroll down to 'App support.'

Website:

Method 1: Make sure you are logged in to your TalkingPoints account. Then, click 'Get help.'

Method 2: If you're visiting our website, start a chat with a member of our team by clicking the chat bubble.

Email Us:

You can email our Support team directly at support@talkingpts.org! Please provide as much information as possible, including your school name, device information, and any screenshots or screen recordings.
