Instead of manually composing messages to send to families every time, teachers can create and save message templates. Determine how to use message templates to quickly and effectively communicate with contacts in the steps below.
You can use message templates for announcements or direct messages. Message templates function identically for both. See the difference between the two communications here. Also, see how to customize message templates here.
For a direct message, select recipients.
For an announcement, select a class.

Step 1: Compose a message.
Step 2: Click on 'Save as template.'
Step 3: Send the message.
Step 4: After the message is sent, the template will appear in the 'Saved messages' tab.
