How to Set Up Regional Segmentation

How to define regions with the TalkingPoints team and select a region from the district level TalkingPoints UI.

Regional segmentation allows your district to assign groups of schools to regions to see regions on the schools page, send messages by region, and filter analytics by region.

Reach out to your Partner Success Manager or the TalkingPoints Support team to assist you with defining regions for your district.

If you are a district admin that needs to see all regions, you do not need to make any additional changes to your profile.

District-level staff who would like to filter their experience to reflect just one region may choose to edit their profile by following the steps below.

Step 1: Click on your name and select Profile

Step 2: Click 'Update Detail'

Step 3: Select your region from the dropdown menu

Step 4: Click 'Save'
