You will only see access to this feature if your district purchased Admin Family Connect.

Step 1: Click 'Send a Message'.
Step 2: Select the video camera.
Step 3: Click 'Upload Video' or 'Record'.
Note: If you choose to upload a video, it must be 45 seconds or less.
Step 4: Record your video. You will have up to 45 seconds to do so.
Step 5: When you are finished recoding, click 'Stop'.
Step 6: If you would like, you can edit the transcription.
Note: If you edit the transcription too much, you will get a warning. You can choose to keep the edited transcription, and all captions will be changed to the written words, or you can choose to revert your transcription back to the original spoken audio.
Step 7: Click 'Add Recording'.
Step 8: Continue constructing your message by selecting recipients, writing a message and scheduling or sending the message.
