What if I can't understand the translation?

Learn how to view messages before they are translated, and request a better translation in the TalkingPoints for Families app.

Sometimes translation errors occur due to typos or grammar mistakes. If you are a family member and do not understand the message you received, you can 1) view the original English message, or 2) request a better translation.

Step 1: Identify the message you want to understand better.

Step 2: Tap on the question mark.

If you do not see the question mark, please make sure to set your preferred language first.

Step 3: Select the first option to view the original message in English, or the second option to request a better translation.
