If your student’s contact has a valid cell phone number and your message wasn’t delivered, it could be due to an issue with the carrier, such as being marked as Spam or automatically blocking unknown numbers.
Your contact shouldn't have any issues receiving your messages if they have the TalkingPoints for Families Mobile App or use the web version of the app.
If contacts aren’t receiving your messages, please encourage them to go to the app store and download the TalkingPoints Families Mobile App.
