Your Profile Settings control your individual user information inside TalleFlow. These settings follow you across every business youโ€™re part of and help personalize your experience โ€” from your profile photo to the email address used for communication.

This guide walks through everything you can update in your profile.


๐Ÿ” How to Access Your Profile Settings

  1. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Manage Your Profile.

This opens your personal profile panel with all available settings.


๐Ÿ‘ค Profile Information

Update the basics of who you are:

Name

  • First and last name

  • This appears on emails, documents, and team views.

Profile Photo

  • Click Upload New Photo to add or change your picture.

  • This photo appears in tasks, comments, emails, and client-facing areas where applicable.

Email Address

  • If you signed up using Google SSO, your email cannot be changed from Profile Settings.

  • If you signed up using email + password, you can update your email from this section.

  • This email is used for login and personal communication.

Phone Number

(Optional) Add your contact phone number for internal team communication.

Password

If you signed up with email + password:

  • Click Change Password to update your login credentials.

If you signed up with Google:

  • Password changes are managed through your Google account.

Two-Factor Authentication (Coming Soon)

Additional security options will appear here once available.

Future updates will allow you to set:

  • Language preferences

  • Date format

  • Time zone overrides

  • Emails you send from TalleFlow

  • Comments, tasks, assignments, and activity logs

  • User avatar in projects and collaborators list

  • Communities & Connects when you post in communities and connect with fellow business owners

Keeping your profile up to date ensures clean communication across your team and client interactions.

  • Upload a real photo โ€” it helps clients recognize you in shared documents.

  • Keep your email consistent with your businessโ€™s domain when possible.

  • If you work across multiple businesses, ensure your profile info reflects you accurately everywhere.
