Your Profile Settings control your individual user information inside TalleFlow. These settings follow you across every business youโre part of and help personalize your experience โ from your profile photo to the email address used for communication.
This guide walks through everything you can update in your profile.
๐ How to Access Your Profile Settings
Click your profile photo in the top-right corner.
Select Manage Your Profile.
This opens your personal profile panel with all available settings.
๐ค Profile Information
Update the basics of who you are:
Name
First and last name
This appears on emails, documents, and team views.
Profile Photo
Click Upload New Photo to add or change your picture.
This photo appears in tasks, comments, emails, and client-facing areas where applicable.
Email Address
If you signed up using Google SSO, your email cannot be changed from Profile Settings.
If you signed up using email + password, you can update your email from this section.
This email is used for login and personal communication.
Phone Number
(Optional) Add your contact phone number for internal team communication.

Password
If you signed up with email + password:
Click Change Password to update your login credentials.
If you signed up with Google:
Password changes are managed through your Google account.
