The TalleFlow Client Portal makes it easy to view, complete, and manage all documents related to your projects — without searching through emails or downloading random attachments.

Where Documents Live

All client-facing documents are stored inside a project.

To access them:

  1. Sign in at portal.talleflow.com

  2. Select the business you’re working with

  3. Click into the relevant project

  4. Open the Files tab

This is where you’ll find everything the business has shared with you.

Types of Documents You May See

Depending on the project, you may see:

  • Questionnaires – Forms to collect information from you

  • Contracts – Agreements that require your review and signature

  • Brochures or Proposals – Project details, scope, or service overviews

  • Uploaded Files – PDFs, images, or supporting documents

Each document appears as its own item in the Files list.

Completing Questionnaires

When a questionnaire is shared with you:

  1. Click the questionnaire from the Files tab

  2. Fill out the required fields

  3. Submit the form

Once submitted:

  • Your responses are saved automatically

  • The business is notified

  • You can revisit the questionnaire later in read-only mode

💡 Tip: Required questions are clearly marked, so you’ll know what must be completed before submitting.

Reviewing & Signing Contracts

For contracts:

  1. Click the contract from the Files tab

  2. Review the terms and details

  3. Sign electronically when prompted

After signing:

  • The signed version is saved automatically

  • Both you and the business have access to the completed agreement

  • No printing or scanning is required

Viewing Other Shared Documents

Some documents may be informational only.

For these, you can:

  • Open and review the content

  • Download files if downloads are enabled

  • Reference them anytime during the project

These documents help keep everything aligned and documented in one place.

Accessing Designs (If Available)

If the business has shared design assets with you, they’ll appear under the Designs tab (separate from Files).

From there, you can:

  • View linked designs (such as Canva designs)

  • Review visuals tied to the project

Permissions & Visibility

You’ll only see:

  • Documents that have been explicitly shared with you

  • Files related to projects you’re involved in

Internal notes, drafts, or business-only documents are not visible to clients.
